GamifyKit License & Policies

License (per purchase)

• **Streamlined / Designer (one-time):** a single-site license. You may install GamifyKit on

**one Kajabi site** and use it on unlimited products within that site.

• Additional sites require an additional license key.
• You may customize the theme code and assets for your own site.
• You may **not** resell, redistribute, sublicense, or repackage GamifyKit (theme code, assets,

or the Pro client) as your own product or template.

Designer assets

Badge and certificate SVGs included in the Designer tier are original works licensed for use on

your licensed site(s). They may not be redistributed as standalone assets.

Pro (subscription)

• Pro is a hosted service (leaderboard, sync, quiz-gating, analytics) billed per period.
• Access ends when the subscription lapses; your one-time theme keeps working in Local mode.
• We may rate-limit or suspend keys for abuse.

Refunds & guarantee

• A free interactive demo is available before purchase, so you can evaluate fit.
• One-time purchases: refunds within **14 days** if a documented technical defect can't be

resolved. Because it's a digital product delivered instantly, change-of-mind refunds aren't

offered.

• Pro: cancel anytime; effective at the end of the current billing period.

Updates & support

• One-time tiers include future **1.x** updates at no extra cost.
• Email support; response targets stated in your purchase email.

Disclaimer

Provided "as is." GamifyKit can't change Kajabi platform limitations (e.g. the native mobile app

doesn't run custom theme logic). We don't guarantee specific completion-rate outcomes.
